Visionary Strong Leader

Bri Williams is your strong champion for Multnomah County Commissioner District 2 who brings a deep commitment to equity, mental health, and community-centered leadership. A lifelong North/Northeast Portland resident, she is a proven advocate with a track record of collaboration, public service, and fighting for communities too often left out of decision-making.

Through her work in behavioral health, HIV advocacy, early childhood care, and civic engagement, Bri Williams has focused on creating practical, people-centered solutions that strengthen families and improve community well-being. Her vision for District 2 is rooted in safety, stability, accountability, and opportunity for all residents.

Bri Williams believes Multnomah County works best when leadership listens to community voices, invests in equity, accessible, accountable and builds systems that truly serve the people. She is ready to bring bold, compassionate, and responsive leadership to District 2.

As the campaign continues, I look forward to listening, learning, and expanding this vision alongside neighbors, families, and community members across District 2.

Housing Stability

I am committed to advancing solutions that prevent displacement, support renters and homeowners, and connect families to the resources they need to remain rooted in their communities.

Community Safety & Trust

I support community-driven approaches to safety that prioritize prevention, intervention, and investments in people and neighborhoods.

Behavioral Health

I believe Multnomah County must invest in prevention, culturally responsive care, and long-term support systems that help individuals and families thrive.

Small Business & Workforce Development

I want to expand opportunities for entrepreneurship, workforce training, and economic mobility so families and businesses can succeed together.

Stronger Programs & Services

I am focused on strengthening partnerships, improving coordination, and ensuring communities receive meaningful support with dignity and respect.

Accountable Governance

I am committed to collaborative governance that centers community voices and ensures public resources are used effectively and responsibly.
